OLERUP SSP®
Olerup SSP is the world leader in the development of kits for genomic HLA typing, including Olerup SSP typing kits and accessories and global exclusive distributor for Conexio Genomics SBT typing product line for HLA laboratories. These products are all used prior to transplantations to match donors with recipients. Better matching reduces the risk of complications following transplantation. HLA typing is a standard procedure in bone marrow transplantation (hematopoietic stem cell transplantation) and organ transplantation (kidney, lung, heart, and others).
CONEXIO and HLA
Conexio-Genomics is a privately operating life sciences company located in Fremantle, Western Australia. The company has developed and supplied a wide range of novel genetic sequencing and mutation detection products and services for nearly 10 years and has established itself as a world leader with over 200 laboratories using its technology. The company’s owners were responsible for introducing DNA sequencing as a routine clinical technique. They then developed Conexio’s product portfolio with the express objective to increase accuracy of DNA sequencing based typing.
OLERUP and XM-ONE®
Olerup is global distributor of innovative products and services for transplantation: HLA typing and for antibody detection.
XM-ONE® provides additional information compared to the currently used lymphocyte cross match tests and therefore improves the basis for risk assessment prior to transplantation.
XM-ONE® crossmatching provides information on presence of non-HLA antibodies compared to the currently used lymphocyte crossmatch tests.
